yeah the bots just used for a channel bit but it's still good to have this

for the Wise Sage to work, it needs to read and record every message
it only reads messages in other channel for the bot commands (currently disabled)
it does not read or store any direct messages sent to it
inside the designated channel, it is recording every message

i probably wont, but i may keep the database around to use in the future if we do this bit again
